HR Administrative Assistant
Job Description: Adecco, the world leader in HR solutions, is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for HR department. This is a temporary position for approximately 4 months. There is a possibility the position could be longer. Must have a high level of integrity, ability to recognize and manage confidential information appropriately, and ability to work with a team of 3 existing people in the HR office: HR Mgr, HR Business Partner, and a Staffing Spec. Will need: MS Office skills, high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Data integrity/work quality/accuracy is a must. Professional office demeanor and able to keep up in fast-paced environment. Job Experience: HR office experience in Manufacturing field is preferred. Previous experience formatting and building Job Descriptions. Previous experience working with Laser Fiche is a plus.
