I sell a "How To" product online. I'm currently generating the majority of my traffic from AdWord and AdCenter campaigns. I'm using highly specific terms, and I want to generate more traffic. I want to expand the search terms that I'm bidding on, but I want to make sure the terms I'm bidding on are profitable. I'm looking to hire someone who can set up and manage my Pay Per Click campaigns to maximize profit by tracking my conversions, setting up ad groups, measuring effectiveness of different terms, etc... It shouldn't be very difficult or time consuming, as the market I'm targeting is a small market - however, I am new to pay per click and I want to hire someone who has expertise in optimizing a pay per click campaign. The product is a "How to start your own painting business". Currently I'm only targeting terms specific to "how to start a painting business" - I'm not bidding on the general term "painting business".
