Identify and recommend improvements in business process PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 40% Improve business analysis conventions - requirements gathering, documentation, assist in testing and change management. 30% Translate technology solutions to business needs - explain technical solutions to business customer. 30% Translate business needs to technology solutions - communicate business objectives to technical team. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS Minimum 5-7 years business analysis experience. Expert level in Visio and MS Office. Detail oriented and able to perform in a fast paced environment. Ability to work in a matrix organizational structure. Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience. Certification preferred (CBAP, Lean, Six Sigma).
