Showcase is a national retailer with 83 stores across Canada. We are implementing SAP Business One with certain integrated modules (Citixsys iVend Point-of-Sale and Paymate Clarity Payroll). We go live on Mon Sep 3. We want to create complex Crystal Reports based on SAP tables and Excel tables. (This will replace complex Excel reports that we run currently.) Some examples are: - Daily Sales Report. Sales by store by day, with projections for the week, the month, and the year, comparison to targets (which are stored in Excel), conditional formatting, regional totals, and drill-downs to item-level detail. - Sales Summary Report. Sales by item by week, with suggested reordering formulas, charts showing item sales history over time, etc. - Monthly Sales Report by Store. Drop-down list to choose store. Monthly store results compared to region and nation for sales, margin, shrinkage, inventory levels, supplies expense etc. Top 3 products, bottom 3 products, conditional formatting, etc. Ideal Person: A Crystal Reports expert who is fully familiar with SAP Business One table architecture and Excel. They would need to be able to help us on a freelance part-time basis over the next 1-3 months to re-create our Excel reports in Crystal.
