Job Description: Perform 100% QC inspection for the products at the end of the coating line, Coordinate on-line data inputs and perform off-line testing to ensure acceptability of the manufactured product, Stop coating line when process defects occur continuously, and obtain assistance from Supervisor and Process Engineers. Ensure accepted, quarantined and rejected material is properly identified, segregated & routed to applicable storage locations, Issue and document Non-conforming Reports and maintain records for traceability Issue daily reports and metrics of production, inspection and nonconforming activities and maintain records Job Experience: Bachelor degree in science or engineering related fields, or equivalent combination of education & experience. 3-6 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) Inspection for Industrial industries. Previous knowledge with ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS? Detailed oriented with writing Quality Control (QC) documentation, Proficient with the use of standard measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers, Must have computer skills & competent in Microsoft Office applications. Focused on continual improvement Ensure quality and safety of manufactured products.
