Title: ID Management Analyst Location: St. Paul, MN Duration: 9 months Open Positions: 2 Analysts for a contract/project. Strong documentation skills a must, along with a strong understanding of security practices. Corporate background ideal. Technical writing experience helpful. As an Identity and Access Management Analyst you will be responsible for granting, updating, and removing security access to the network and applications. You will be expected to perform these activities in a timely and accurate manner and to follow established execution and approval processes. You will work extensively with the BMC Remedy helpdesk software and with Microsoft SharePoint to process requests in the order that they were received. Resolving work requests will often require working closely with various application administration teams. You will also receive various escalated requests that will require investigation and a base knowledge of Security Standards, Policies and Procedures.
