Looking for a Testing lead responsible for design, develop, documentation and execution of automated testing activities for shared Data Platform. Responsible for ensuring all deliverables are of high quality and result in an end-to-end customer experience with a high degree of compliance with business and technical requirements, software architecture/design documents, and product and process documentation Actively participate in defining test strategies and tasks, estimating work and monitoring progress against milestones. Partner with the development team in all project phases to ensure deliverables satisfy requirements and achieve desired level of quality. Engage other quality engineers for feedback on testing strategies, new test framework designs, and especially for code reviews on the implementation of test code Influence the inclusion of testability requirements during design and development phases. Contribute to continuous process improvements to increase efficiency on both the project team as well as in the QA organization. Participate in design and code reviews Evaluate and refractor existing test automation as necessary to maintain established levels of quality Software quality engineering experience with a thorough understanding of object oriented principles and design patterns. Required 7 Years Expert Hands-on experience with Java and J2EE technologies testing and testing automation of Java web services. Required 7 Years Intermediate Hands-on experience in testing of enterprise service bus, messaging framework (JMS), web services (e.g. REST, SOAP, JSON). Required 2 Years Intermediate Solid understanding and working experience of XML and related technologies (e.g. XSD, XSL, and XQuery). Required 2 Years Intermediate Experience building automation frameworks and testing multi-tier web service applications. Required 2 Years Expert Experience with J2EE (Servlets, Web Services, EJBs, Spring Framework, JAAS and AOP) and JUnitEE. Required 2 Years Expert Experience with agile software practices, early defect removal techniques, and test driven development. Required 2 Years Intermediate Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Required 7 Years Expert Must have strong analytical skills, be decisive and detail-oriented as well as thrive in a dynamic work environment. Required 7 Years Expert B.S. Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience. Required
