We offer unique promotional marketing and advertising services that provides a targeted mid to high income consumer for local businesses.   Our company is now growing aggressively and is seeking the very best sales people to join our team. Earn commissions from 20% - 25%. Your earning ability is uncapped. You can expect to make $60K or more in your first year – your income will grow substantially from residuals as your book of business grows and renews. Our retention rate is at 70%.   We will provide the tools and resources to be successful with our coaching and sales training system. We operate like a real estate agency and insurance agency office. You have the option to hire, train, support and manage your own team of salespeople in the future.   Roles and Responsibilities Prospect, Meet and Educate clients about our product and our company Prospects will be located in a targeted local area for each program Being accountable for your work and servicing your clients to reflect our organization in a positive and professional manner Administering the necessary client paperwork   Skill Set Our top earners have and/or do the following: Previous experience in sales or a very strong interest in sales Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills Aggressive self-starter and results oriented Work independently and as a team with a high level of independence, accountability and responsibility Ability to pick up the phone and make calls Ability to meet face to face with customers and build rapport Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail Proficiency in verbal, written and interpersonal skills General knowledge of computers and the internet            Compensation: Commission only - 20-25% uncapped + Volume bonuses + Residual income from client renewals + Commission on reps that you train and manage
