Summary of expectations: Ability to work as a business analyst on client or internal assignments including but not limited to product implementation, enhancement, Systems Integration projects. Ability to quickly understand our client’s product offerings, utilize them in requirement sessions and determine the gap that leads to customization in creative and effective ways. Ability to capture requirements, create requirement documents in order to develop custom solutions within the scope of a software product during an implementation. Ability to interact effectively with clients and coworkers. Ability to work in a virtual team environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Quickly understands products and services, maintains pleasant and professional image • Identifies customer business needs and product gaps where customizations are required • Thinks through the end to end process and proposes ideas to meet client business needs • Attends sessions with client and internal or external teams • Creating Business requirement documents • Creating test plans and perform validations • Delivers effective presentations • Act as an interface between business and technical teams Required Skill Sets: • Healthcare industry knowledge. • Consulting and client facing experience. • Complete understanding of Software Development Lifecycle including Waterfall and Agile development methodologies. • Ability to transform technical terms to business terms / user friendly terms • Working experience in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio. • Prepare weekly status reports on project activities • Very good listening skills • Good analytical and problem solving skills. • Good communication skills. Preferred Skill Sets: • Experience in CAE product. • Creating High level design documents based off of requirement document • Know scripting languages including VB Script, Java Script, and Perl.
