Position Details: Position: Data / Financial Analyst Location: Lexington, SC Pay Rates: $25 / hr Job Description: The Data Analyst / Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the day to day business analysis and reporting, provide business unit reporting and build performance metrics. Acts as interface or focal point for both internal and external groups (vendor/technical groups) to analyze and drive improvements. The Data Analyst / Financial assists in benchmarking and performance measurement for the department. Develops and manages statistical information and distribute reports. Conducts detail analysis on demand and works closely with management to provide reporting information. Develops solid working relationships with team members and keep apprised of new processes affecting impact on the business. Collects current performance measurement information and assist in structuring and improving overall department performance. Develops consistent measuring metrics and generate reports from department files. Highlights and identifies areas of concern utilizing statistical information. Learns all aspects of department business and participate in action plans to address service issues. Provides support to other in the group and act as backup to supervisor/manager.
