Our growing organization is in need of a Project Manager/Account Manager to work closely with our client base to deliver projects and foster relationships. We need someone with a project management background and with strong project planning, organizational and follow up skills. Day to day responsibilities will be working closely with developers and managing and over seeing development engagements between financial firms and suppliers. We require the ability to multi-task and maintain composure, while maintaining a strong sense of urgency, ability to execute quickly, timely and efficiently and drive results. Great customer service orientation, business communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills and team orientation are imperative to your success! Ideal candidate has 5+ years experience with BIG-4 consulting or professional services type experience including managing EXTERNAL customer expectations. MUST HAVE solid Project Management experience (ideally in an Agile/SCRUM environment) and be able to clearly articulate your experience working with this methodology. SCRUM Master Certification preferred. Any experience working with customer loyalty programs is a huge plus!
