Located in San Antonio, Texas, the Business Systems Analyst provides functional support for various systems and applications supported by IT Services by being the main liaison between business users and technical teams to identify, analyze and translate needs into specifications. The BSA may also lead small teams for a specific project. The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this position unless noted otherwise: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation Strong experience with systems analysis and functional design Meeting facilitation skills Knowledge of the full SDLC Ability to build expertise in the functional areas of the system/application and provide support to the business and IT Strong communication skills Strong business relationship building skills
