The scope of services to be performed by the selected individual includes: Work with stakeholders under the direction of APM including managers, line employees, external business partners, and IT staff Work directly with APM to map business functions and business processes to identify data system needs Work with Division of Technology and Strategic Development and HDC to define appropriate data system development and create a project management implementation plan for the adoption, expansion, and/or development of appropriate data systems Define business and technical requirements of data exchanges Identify data management best practices at the two agencies Work with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products Develop integration and information exchange protocols Conduct requirement meetings with stakeholders and document the results The successful Senior-level BA applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): An Undergraduate up to a Master?s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Information Systems 5 years of property development/management experience with 7 years of development experience being preferred 4 years of experience as a situational/influence leader especially in the areas of project management and process re-engineering Familiarity with the technology industry's collaboration tools
