The website is a social network website for finding a spouse, a dating website basically. The thing is that dating isn't allowed in Saudi Arabia, so the website should adopt the noun "marriage" instead of "date". Each user will have a profile, contains age, preferences, and other typical dating websites profiles. Having an account will require an annual fee, so it must support a credit card gateway, Paypal and CashU are essential, also, the admin will have the ability to activate an account or freeze it, female accounts are free (but make that an option that is easily changed, in case of a promotion for males, etc). Status updates should be available for users, The homepage will have a timeline that shows the most recent status updates of all the users, it should have the option to be restricted to the users in the same location. Users must have the ability to exchange messages, the messages interface should be simple enough to be considered an IM (no need for a page for each message, a la Twitter direct messages).
