We have an existing application we developed using a custom framework that uses vimeo as a back end to store video files. The files are recorded via a flash webcam application that stores the videos on our server. The videos are then uploaded to vimeo and embedded in our application. We need someone familiar with S3/PHP to create a new mechanism to upload the videos securely to S3 and allow streaming/playback through our application. The videos are processed via a cron job so the S3 mechanism could be a stand alone API that we call, passing the path of the video and returns us the S3 url.
