Each team will have a specific part of the project but will be same processes and expectations. After that they will be responsible for reaching out to the key folks/finding out who they are letting them know what the expectations/ gathering key information from them that is necessary for the project. They will then go back to meetings to begin the assessment comparing documents from the requested to what is needed to see where there is missing information and where they need to improve the process after that they will be testing the controls and reporting the results so they will need to be able to write up the process in a standard format so they can get results. When submitting candidate please specify which city and state the candidate will be working/living in, will need to eventually create single postings for each candidate Position has the responsibility to coach and guide business line managers on the development of appropriate and valuable process and management controls. Will develop standards, guidelines and test plans to evaluate the effectiveness of operational controls in order to identify control gaps and effectively communicate those to business management. Individual will be expected to utilize sound, seasoned analytical skills and policy, business, and process expertise to independently perform assigned reviews. Key Responsibilities Maintaining a strong understanding for the requirements from regulations, policies, and investors Developing and executing risk-based review programs for business processes Identifying and developing appropriate and valuable management and process controls Developing and delivering crisp and impactful review summaries that provide business management with a clear view of risk-based opportunities (both verbal and written) Develop and maintain effective partnership with business, Risk, and Compliance teammates General Job Description Provides analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence with a Line of Business or Enterprise Control Function. Gathers and organizes data in order to track, report and monitor effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepares documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management experience. May manage staff. Required Skills Undergraduate degree in Business or technical field 5+ years experience in audit or risk management Experience in developing and managing effective process controls (e.g. SPC) Must be organized with an ability to work in a very detailed manner Ability to manage concurrent activities Ability to develop effective and positive client partnerships Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain objectivity in balancing bank risk with client needs and satisfaction Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Desired Skills Belt certification preferred Strong understanding and experience with process improvement tools and methods; proven analytical ability Strong project management and process skills Princeton Information is one of the nation's top five privately-held IT consulting firms, in business since 1985.
