Under the guidance of a Business Lead and/or Manager and in collaboration with other team members, the selected candidate will be responsible for monthly processing tasks for multiple client regions on a defined schedule. Tasks may include the execution of SQL queries / scripts, documenting results, performing high level analyses, and presenting results to other team members. This IT PM will be responsible for the communication of status and escalation of outliers or issues in a timely manner. Major Responsibilities / Essential Functions - (in order of importance): * Follow a monthly task list; execute steps as identified and document related results which may include running various SQL queries / scripts; requesting processing via Java screens as well as monitoring processes; verifying status and exporting results * Perform high level analysis to ensure expected outcomes are met and communicated to various team members * Document status of the monthly process via worksheets, email, and/or Serena production schedule tool * Support ad hoc tasks as necessary Minimum Education: * A BA or BS Degree is preferred * An Associate's Degree is the minimum requirement * Training in relational databases, SQL, and database programming Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications: * 1 year at a minimum of business and data analysis experience * Understand general database concepts and structures * SQL Coding / skills; can write general select statements and read / interpret queries provided * Proficient at using Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft products * Can assess trends and review results for outliers / inconsistencies in data * Must have good organizational and time management skills * Be able to communicate both written and verbally status, outcomes, and results of work performed Preferred Work Experience and Qualifications: * Familiar with our client's source systems which capture general ledger and membership information * Financial and operational analysis, healthcare delivery, health insurance, and relational database technologies
