Response Deadline: 31-AUG-12 RTNR4770 Project Management Liaison I Raytheon RTSC, El Paso, TX Start Date: 17-SEP-12 End Date: 16-SEP-13 U.S. Citizen Unclassified Work Location: 7201 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79925 PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE * Serves as liaison between project management, project planning, project team, and line management. * Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers. * Responsible for planning, budgeting, and directing activities and related functions and be responsible for proper receipt, inventories, recordkeeping, storage, and issue of all project material. * Responsible for ensuring that all safety rules and procedures are followed. * Performs other duties and activities as directed. * The Project Management Liaison will ensure the following are achieved to meet the customer's schedules, goals and objectives: establishing plans, verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, reporting discrepancies and obvious damage; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; removing materials from storage and preparing it for shipment.
