Hi there, I need some assistance writing Terms and Conditions of use for an online website that offers customers the option to upload pictures, modify and create their own unique designs which are printed and added to real physical instruments. For reference I have found very similar and possibly very useful terms and conditions on other websites, such as online t-shirt customization sites, (Zazzle.com, Cafepress.com) that are very relevant to what I need. Basically the business should not be liable for the use of any pictures, images and material that is uploaded to the site. The responsibility and onus therefore must fall completely on the customer for whatever material is uploaded. I will however be able to delete material (but not obliged) if I find it too offensive to sell. Additionally a User agreement and Privacy policy contracts are also needed. This is to ensure users are aware of the correct conduct required on the website to prevent their account being deleted and also explains how and where their information will be used once they sign up.
