Project Description: Candidate will be working on an advanced Cloud Computing project utilizing programmable route reflectors. Team objective is to develop a software defined network or SDN. Job Description: Experience in testing is crucial. Candidate should have experience in working in a network lab environment writing and executing detailed test plans. Candidate should understand the process of testing, be able to find bugs and document bugs. The candidate must be able to investigate and implement solutions. Candidate should have in depth knowledge of TCP/IP computer networking and network protocols. Control plane logic is of particular importance. Should have experience at the Internet Service Provider level. Specifics • Hands on knowledge of Juniper platform and Voice Over IP Command line hands on knowledge of Juniper routers and switches including: • M-320 and 10GE* • MX-960 and 10GE • Cisco CRS-1 platform • Experience with test sets like Ixia and Spirent *most important Network Protocols • Detailed knowledge of BGP, OSPF, static and RIP routing • Knowledge of LAN technology such as VLAN, trunking, etc. • Ability to decode and analyze packets at the packet and protocol level • Detailed knowledge of Access Control Lists • Detailed knowledge of SNMP Skill Experience Needed: 1) TCP/IP Expert Required 2) MPLS Expert Required 3) Test Documentation Intermediate Required 4) Voice over IP Intermediate Required 5) Juniper MX-960 series routers Expert Required 6) Expertise with test sets Intermediate Desired
