This is an OPEN-ENDED long term contract with a large retail client in Columbus, OH. A degree in Information Systems is required. Experience troubleshooting applications is also required. - Central point of contact for service providers and users. - Manages Service Requests and Incidents. - Provides level 1 support for repeatable process transitioned from level 2 and 3 service providers. - Maintains document repository for a contacts and support documentation. - Routes Incidents to appropriate service providers and escalates as needed. - Provides an interface to Known Error, Problem, Vendor and Change Management. - Performs routine service desk tasks including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, account provisioning, account terminations, password resets, and general troubleshooting. - Tracks and communicates incident and problem ticket updates. - Provides level one triage, trouble shooting, resolution and escalation as per service levels and documented processes. - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer support with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. - Other duties as assigned by management.
