The ideal candidate would have the breadth to lead and contribute in several technical areas, including information architectures, service-oriented architectures, data modeling, analytical algorithmic applications, human system interfaces, and cyber defense. Special Talents: PhD or MS with 5 or more years experience in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Science or related fields is required. A demonstrated record of innovation, leadership, experience working in a dynamic changing environment, and strong interest in applying information technologies in the transportation domain are critical. Software development and team leadership experience is required. Excellent communications skills and proven record in innovation and working independently are essential.
