Our client is looking for a Sr Business Analyst for a year+ contract assignment. On a day to day basis they will be responsible for working with business units to gather requirements, data analysis within the data warehouse environment, data validation and data queries. This BA will be assigned to the Master Data Management project that is an effort to centralize all of the data for Member, Group and Provider. This warehouse will be considered the "main source of truth" for the business divisions. 1.) Data Warehouse: 3-5 years: Candidates must have experience working with a data analysis, querying and validation within a warehouse environment. 2.) Requirements: 3-5 years: Candidates must have experience gathering requirements from technical and functional users. 3.) Communication with Business Users: 3-5 years: Candidates must have experience interacting with business users to gather requirements.
