Looking for a strong customer service oriented technical support candidate! Ettain Group has an immediate w2 contract need for technical support with one of our fortune 10 financial clients in the Pennington, NJ area. The ideal candidate will have experience at level two desktop support and Microsoft certifications are preferred. This position has a possibility of conversion after 90 days and this candidate must be willing to work shifts that may include nights and weekends. The candidate should have experience with client interfacing desktop support level II and strong in remote desktop support. Job requirements: Set up of various workstations, printers, phones, internet access, as well as various migrations. Candidate should display ability to troubleshoot software applications. Candidate must have strong customer service skills for interaction with clients. Candidate may have limited exposure in some area of financial market support including various trading floors. Windows XP operating system and MS Office Suite knowledge is a requirement. Basic network configuration and remote desktop access experience is required. Desired Skills: Experience with Remedy, Maximo, or other ticketing system is a plus. Experience with scripting (VB and Windows host) in a junior level is a plus.
