Job Description Microsoft UC consultant Richardson, TX Senior level consultant focusing on delivery of strategy, planning and solution design services targeting unified communications Delivers enterprise Microsoft UC& C consulting project activities, ranging from client identification through final project close-out through medium to long term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Performance is evaluated based on billable hours and contractual deliverables. Project activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. Viewed by customers as a consultant and performance is measured by delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours.
