Detailed Site features: -User registration; email confirmation for completion. -Different User access levels based on:(site activity, would require further discussions) -Different types and groups of markers. (system would enable filtering based on various criteria’s) -Interaction between users (Similar features such as facebook, but not as detailed or advanced): -Commenting on each other’s activity(markers) -Messaging service (Users could tell if their message was read,deleted,deleted without reading,etc.) -like/dislike each other’s activity (markers) -vote on each other’s activity (markers) A notification system would inform users of everything that happens around them (Friend requests, Friend activities, etc.) Markers: Users would be able to create markers through a fill out form in the static menu or through a floating icon style menu by dragging icon over desired location then fill the required form. Marker types: -Public -Friends only -User specific (Selected users only) -Private (Only creator can see) Marker groups would enable users to create different kind of Markers. The marker groups would be different from the marker types. The groups would determine the subject of the marker, the type would determine who can access it. Based on the group of the Marker it would have different information such as:location,date,time,etc. The system would monitor and register every activity and some of the information would be visible on the site:(Last log on, number of markers, number of friends,etc.) Info window: The info windows would be able to support: -Images,Videos(also embed links from other video sharing sites) -Links -Text (as event description) -Comments -directions here -search nearby (if possible) An achievement system would is required where users would be able to reach certain goals based on their activity. Based on those goals they would have different access levels or rights on the site. This information would be visible on their personal profile. Ability to modify any data in database on Administrator level is required. In a nutshell this is what I would like to achieve.
