Job Description - ITIL Business Process Analysts We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to assist a large Government of Canada client with the development of an actionable business service catalogue using the CA Technologies ITIL suite of products. This is a contract position which is expected to span 1 to 2 years. Candidates should ideally demonstrate experience with the following: Business Process Analysis Modelling of Business Processes using Business Process Modelling Notation (or similar) Facilitation of user group meetings to define current and future business processes Business Process re-engineering and step-wise migration involving the integration of automated work flows Familiarity with IT Service Management methodologies and tools, including IT Asset Management. Candidates must be eligible for a Government of Canada security clearance and hold a university degree or applicable college diploma related to computer science or information technology.
