I am looking for some skeleton code to show how a basic facebook app, so I can assess what needs to be done to make a Facebook app, and I can write design specifications for creating a future facebook app. There is a high chance that I will choose this winning bidder to help me design a future facebook app. This is just for assessment and me being able to write design specifications. I have created a previous facebook app, but that was 3 years ago, and I am guessing how it works is a little changed. I wish to find someone who is ALREADY in possession of some skeleton code, from a previous program. There are NO SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS EXCEPT to create a empty facebook app to DO THE FOLLOWING: 1. The Facebook app can do a simple display of user data 2. Example code of how to send requests to friends to install the app 3.
