For a small section of a bigger project, the following is needed - ONLY functionality, no design, no heavy frameworks: 1. build a single MySql DB table, according to a given CSV file: about 40 columns, with the relevant data-types. 2. build a PHP page, that can receive a CSV file, and import its contents to the table. User can choose if he's adding new rows, or overwriting the entire table contents with the new CSV. CSV format is always in the same format and columns as the example CSV file. If the import action fails - all DB changes are aborted, and a message shows in what cell the error occured. 3. PHP page that Exports table to a downloaded CSV file 4. Items list PHP page - shows all existing rows (10 selected columns only). with paging, sorting, and search by ID 5. PHP page to create new row in DB 6.
