Fluent German Sales Administrator Temporary 12 Month Contract Based: West Lothian Salary: £Excellent My Client My client is a global Manufacturing organisation; due to their continued success and growth they are looking to appoint an experienced Fluent German Sales Administrator to support their European Projects Team on a temporary basis for 12 months. The Role Based within my client's office in West Lothian you will support the key Project Managers based in the UK and Europe with all administration duties. Duties will include: Coordinating appointments within the UK and overseas. Coordinate up to 30 projects at one time. Deal with Project Managers and clients based within Europe and internationally. Liaise internally and externally by telephone and email. Book meeting rooms and facilities for meetings. Ensure invoices are sent to Finance for payment. Update in-house database with throughout project lifecycle. Generate contracts. Quality check data. Ensure policies and procedures are followed Look at process improvements. To be considered for this position you must have the following background and skills: Candidates should be degree qualified ideally with a solid background in administration roles. Experience of dealing with clients based internationally. Fluent in German. Exceptional communication skills are essential, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail skills. Candidates should have a proactive approach, be able to work on their own initiative and have effective planning and organisation skills.
