Safety Consultant/Security Sale
THE POSITION; THIS IS NOT A SAFETY OR SECURITY OFFICER POSITION Building long lasting relationships with Corporations, Industrial, Commercial, Organizations and other small businesses by integrating our Safety department and enhancing their daily operations. LSS Private Safety is seeking success oriented SECURITY SALES PROFESSIONALS who thrive on closing new business accounts. The Private Safety Consultant will be responsible for: strategic territory or account development, tactical execution of the sales development plan, identifying and properly qualifying new business opportunities, presenting to the executive level of organizations, coordinating needs analysis/scoping initiatives, preparing formal proposals, leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process and overcoming objections to closure. The successful candidates must be a proven self-starter, with a strong security channel and direct sales background. 3 years or more in the private security industry prefered but not required. the ability to act independently -- utilizing his/her contacts to hit the ground running. We are looking for hunters with strong closing skills. Must have reliable transportation, own cell phone without minutes limitations, you will be an independent contractor. Other duties/responsibilities of this position include but are not limited the following: Build and maintain strong sales pipelines and forecasts. Interact with senior management, directors, security directors and end-users. Perform site walk with customer to determine customer needs Prepare and facilitate presentations, system demonstrations and proposals Close sales, and finalize agreements with customers. Maintain regular updates on sales activities including customer calls, appointments, presentations and project opportunities. Provide management with regular sales activity and business development updates.
