POSITION OPEN AS OF AUGUST 22. Major international company in Torrance has a 6 Month+ contract position open for an experienced SAP CRM Business Analyst. Responsible for: Supporting business or systems projects including developing requirements, reviewing designs, performing testing, documenting, and supporting implementation Providing end-user support as process and system subject matter expert to resolve issues and develop options and solutions Analyzing, prioritizing, documenting, testing, and successfully implementing requested configuration changes on such systems such SAP CRM, ERP Maintaining master data for materials and business partners, and pricing and program configuration for the SAP systems Implementing business process and organizational changes and other long term initiative sustainment mechanisms, such as desk guides, policies, and procedures Producing, developing, and maintaining reports and queries Developing system reference guides and other documentation Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis System administration and support including Master Data Management in SAP CRM Strong organization, analytical, time management, and communication skills Strong detail orientation, aptitude to learn, and flexibility required Self-starter, ability to work independently, and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders Business operations knowledge, finance company experience is a strong plus Finance or accounting background very helpful SAP experience, including CRM, ERP, and BI or equivalent systems Financial Services (loans/leases) system experience SQL, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), and Visio expertise
