SAP CRM Developer Contract: August 2012 - February 2013 Role Description The SAP CRM Developer will be responsible for the development of required integrations between the ECC FI-CA module and CRM, as well as the designing and implementing of solutions using CRM Development Tools in an SAP CRM 7.0 environment. The individual to be considered should have an in-depth knowledge of CRM and will have participated in the full delivery lifecycle on multiple projects. Responsibilities * Responsible for the timely delivery of technical CRM solutions in a quality driven project environment * Design, create, execute and test reports, enhancements, forms, interfaces and workflows (ASAP methodology) * Assess, applies and implements new technologies on assigned deliverables. Desired Skills/Experience: * At least 5 years of experience in systems development and support with SAP CRM, experience with CRM 7.0 is considered a plus. * Strong documentation and experience with working with ASAP Methodology * Preference given to individual with experience in the CRM Web Channel Experience Management solution * Expert in Easy Enhancement Workbench, Application Enhancement Tool, BSPs, UI Development, CRM WebUI, IC WebClient, Customer Exits and BADIs, CRM Workflow, Financial Customer Care, Contract Accounting * Proficient in Internet Customer Self Service configuration (ICSS), ERMS, Rule Modeler, BRF Plus, Category Modeler, Business Transaction Configuration, Agent Inbox, CRM Workflow and Resource Planning * Experienced in CRM Mobile Solutions considered a plus * Middleware experience with the execution of bidirectional data exchange between SAP CRM & ECC back-end a plus * Strong troubleshooting & support skills. * Candidate must be self-motivated to learn and implement new technology solutions * Capable of efficiently planning and delivering to tight deadlines * Individual must be very detailed and be able to multi-task * Strong and clear communication skills Start/Duration/Location: * August 2012 - fulltime contract for a 6 month duration; potential extension based on project completion requirements * Primary work location ? <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /> Calgary, Alberta, Canada If you are interested in this role, please send an updated resume to nancy.naugler@modis.com .
