I have a great idea for an online business but I have no idea how to launch a website business or what laws or regulations or permits or financial requirements that are needed to open a website. The website I want to open will be as complex as ebay.com or even elance.com where money exchange, escrow, paypal, credit cards and etc are involved between customer and sellers. I need someone who can develop this website and launch it initially in the US and then internationally later on. I need someone who can create a website for me from scratch. Someone who already knows all the rules/regulations needed to launch a website. The restrictions, how copyrights work and etc so that I know my site is not in violation in any way. I know nothing about this so I need someone with experience in launching sites like these and can show me proof of previous websites like this they've developed before.
