Job Title: Automotive Design Engineer (Multiple vacancies) Rate: £27-32 p/h (Negotiable) Location: West Midlands Duration: 6 - 12 Months Apply to: I am currently working with a world-renowned and highly prestigious company in the automotive industry, who have announced an extended recruitment drive over the next 2-3 months. Due to an increase in orders and the continued growth of the UK Automotive market, the Engineering department will be looking for between 10 and 15 design engineers to join the team on a long-term contract basis, based at their state-of-the-art West Midlands production site. The vacancies are spread across the Engineering division. The key skills that are required are; * Interior trim * Exterior trim * BiW and body structures * Surfacing * Transmission, powertrain and engine component design * FEA and Stress Analysis The CAD package used on-site is Unigraphics NX 7.5; however I have been advised that if you have limited experience with this system but are fully competent with either Pro Engineer or Catia v5 you will still be considered.
