* PDS is seeking a*Software Testing & Quality Assurance Analyst for an open position in O'Fallon, MO. * * Experienced professional with a firm knowledge of testing and quality assurance practices and protocols that enable the individual to deliver reports according to defined protocol, while meeting established timelines. Documents issues as they arise and monitors them to resolution. Ability to work as an integral member of the project testing and quality assurance team. * Major Accountabilities: Lead performance testing projects for web based applications. Ability to draft test plans, create LoadRunner scripts, and execute load/performance tests using HP LoadRunner. Ability to handle multiple performance testing projects at once and work with off-shore vendor to troubleshoot issues. Assist project team in identifying and monitoring project testing risks and issues. Ensure timely and accurate communication with Project Manager and management throughout the life cycle of the project. Monitor and manage project budgets. Regularly communicate to management regarding the status of specific project testing deliverables. Review project test and implementation schedules. Monitor, document, and report the current status of projects. Participate in review of project deliverables. Review detailed test plans, test cases, and data for project testing with expanded project team. Document problems, monitor resolutions and retain documentation necessary to plan for future assigned testing. Adhere to and enforce consistent company and department testing standards and procedures.
