Management Accountant - 1 Year - Brentwood! 15/20 p/h Volt is currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading organisation based in Brentwood for a Management Accountant, to prepare and submit monthly management accounts packs and associated reconciliations together with Regulatory returns which may include IMA, UCITS and VAT returns. Key Responsibilities: *Identification and clearance of variances. *Provide ad hoc analysis, information and reconciliations as required by external auditors, internal departments and clients. *Deal with technical queries from other members of Management Accounts, internal departments and clients. *Amend and review procedures where necessary. *Liaise with clients, external auditors and internal departments to ensure that good communications and working relationships are maintained. *Deliver training to Accounting Technicians on job requirements and technical areas where necessary. *Monthly invoicing of Management Service Charge (MSC) fee to Trustees/Depositaries. *Settlement of expenses and rebates *May require periods of Mainframe & data input.
