A large IT Infrastructure and Networking Services organisation are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager within Operating Systems (Windows, Linux). The experienced Product Manager - Operating Systems will have excellent knowledge of ITIL Improvements and processes. The experienced Product Manager - Operating Systems will be responsible for: Working closely with Managed Service team to capture, analyse and prioritise customer requirements Work with Vendors and Partners to identify the Technical Service feature to satisfy customer needs Develop the internal Service Description to ensure engineering standards Document internal costs to build, deliver and license component service, Work with management team to define model and pricing Document the vision and roadmap to present to senior management and customers Technical knowledge: Operating systems Product Management Strong experience of Operating Systems - Windows and Linux Experience of Operational Management - Deploying, patching, monitoring, reporting VMWare and Active Directory.
