French Speaking Customer Service Administrator
Our client seeks a French speaking Customer Services Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract you will be ensuring First Class Customer Service is offered at all times and meets the companies Service Level agreements. Manage the smooth running of customer accounts and develop customer relationships Act as interface between company and accounts team regarding any invoice queries Respond to all customer quotations as quickly as possible Upload orders onto computer Management the fulfilment of all outstanding parts Ensure reporting to customer is sent regularly with updates Manage and resolve escalations Manage discrepancies on returns Ensure all after sales issues are dealt with effectively Qualifications French degree or equivalent Previous Customer Service experience Good interpersonal skills Good computer/keyboard skills
