Are you an accomplished Payroll Administrator looking to join one of the UK�s most recognisable brands? Key Personnel has an immediate opportunity for you to join an up and coming team in a new, open plan office based in the West Midlands on a Fixed Term Contract basis until April 2013. Working as part of a small but fast paced, high pressured and dynamic Payrolling team, you will be looking for a team based role where you can implement new ideas and have a fresh forward thinking approach. You will ideally be experience in working with Oracle and have a solid background in Payroll Administration with an excellent eye for detail and a first class work and customer service ethic. Experience of working with a large Payroll based in Ireland will be a significant advantage for this role. On a day to day basis you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of Payroll data and be the first point of contact for issues for your users. You will work closely with the Payroll Manager processing BACS and TT Schedules and be adept at manual calculations for Gross to Net, SMP, SSP and SAP alongside more complex calculations of Social Welfare and Benefits. You will have excellent communication skills, confident with verbal and written communication with internal departments and 3rd party government based agencies. You will have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Oracle with a logical, customer focussed approach and a proven drive for results.
