We are a CNC machine shop based in Phoenix, AZ that has been in business for 30 years and we cater a wide variety of machined parts to a wide array of industries. Some of the industries we cater to include machine builders and OEM's for packaging equipment and plastics recyling equipment, as well as wood processing (chopping) machines and automotive tools. We also work with Facility and Machinery Maintenance Managers and Mechanical/Industrial Engineers who need parts machined for machinery upgrades and retrofits as well as a maintenance managers looking for a machine shop that provides quality and lower cost parts for their inventory. We are looking for a contractor who can call on new clientelle to send us blueprints for quotation of products that they either need built or redesigned. We will provide the lists of ideal clients to call on, as well as the products/personnel to target during the calls from that list. Although we are confident in your skills and background, I just wanted to give you an idea of what a sample call would be: a.) To include the company name you are representing b.) Briefly introduce what Techny Precision does and if you could speak with a purchasing agent or maintenance manager / industrial engineer to offer our services. c.) Convince the industrial engineer that upon sending us a blueprint, we can offer an economical price for a quality product. d.) if the engineer has any questions that are technical, you will have a basic list of information about our capabilities, or will forward his/her information to us so we can follow-up to answer any questions that you are uncertain of. We look forward to hearing back from invited contractors, including price per hour as well as expected calls per hour, or any further questions you may have. Please advise on what you consider a "no answer", do you repeat calls if a no answer, how many rings are a no answer, how many repeats, do you provide a list of who you called and what contact info was provided or specific questions clients asked, etc?
