He is an award winning Homearama builder in the community of East Beach located in Norfolk. Seaside Homes builds coastal homes, cottages and manor houses in this community. Industry Construction Description I need a Full Page Color Ad designed like the ATTACHED CONCEPT! Please take this concept keeping true to it but feel free to make it more upscale and amazing. I do not want to detour much from this concept. I have also attached his builder page that will run next to the ad which identifies the Homearama house on the bayfront he is building. Ad image area dimensions - 7 1/2 X 10 Trim Size The magazine trims to 8 3/8 inches wide by 10 7/8 inches high Image Area: For all live materials, the image area is 7 1/2 inches wide by 10 inches high. Keep all text 1/4 inch from trim on all sides of bleed ads. Allow additional 1/4 inch of image on sides that bleed beyond trim. Magazine Spec: The magazine is printed on a web press using CMYK links and coated paper. It is saddle stitched. Please see Plan Book Rate attachment that includes acceptable digital formats for this ad   08/21/2012 - 6:08 PM EST THE LOGO HAS BEEN UPDATED!!! 8/22/2012 - 9:28am EST - Please keep in mind the focus of this ad should be the beautiful home image since this is a builder ad.  The image needs to be the focal point of the ad.  The copy at the bottom of the page or the heading should not overpower the image.  Additionally, the logo needs to be proportionate so the reader notices it but it should not overpower the image but share equal billing with the image....  Hope this makes sense!  :-) Notes The image that I used in the Ad concept MUST be used. It is an actual picture of one of the homes he built in East Beach with his grandkids and son in law.
