The Project Manager has the responsibility of planning, developing designs and directing the Project Team on each project assigned, and oversee/monitor all other resources to ascertain the project is meeting all critical specifications and is on schedule and within budget. Provides ongoing support and expertise to the assigned team, assisting them in accomplishing the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for all areas under this position. Completes business and systems analysis as related to project scope. Interacts and negotiates with mid level management on behalf of project team. Creates and delivers presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports. May require a Bachelors degree in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the field The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
