My client (a top European delivery platform organisation) is looking for an experienced PMO analyst with PM experience, or a Junior PM with good PMO experience. I am searching for flexibility to use a resource to provide some delivery support - as and when appropriate - in the form of working on a small work-package or supporting a Project Manager during a particular peak where additional support may be needed. Their day to day jobs will involve: 1 Financial Control · Raise Purchase Requests · Tracking and chasing the life cycle of the POs · Tracking forecast & expenditure against budget · Weekly engagement with the finance team and the Project Manager to review the expenditure controls on the programme · Produce Finance weekly reports 2. Information and Communication Management · SharePoint structure Management · SharePoint Access Requests · SharePoint Access Management · Repository Management - Documentation for the programme with version control and weekly updates · Manage Holiday / Absence Tracker 3. Co-Ordinate Solution Demo's (minimal) · Calendar Booking Management · Co-Ordination based on Requestor's Requirements · Secure Presenters diary time · Pre-meet with presenters · General co-ordination leading up to the presentation 4. Ad-hoc support (minimal)
