Business Analyst - Reporting Toronto, ON Canada Our direct client, a prestigious international firm with offices in Toronto, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to work on a 6-month project, with potential extension. The key role of this consultant is to work on an HRIS-related project which has reporting requirements which need to be clearly defined, scoped, and eventually solutioned. In this role, the BA will meet with the business, the technology vendor and the company's internal IT teams to develop a comprehensive business requirements document, outlining the reporting needs for this new system. This will involve organizing the project, meeting with representatives from all 3 constituencies, analyzing the results, resolving issues and coming to agreement, and writing a thorough BRD. Once that is done, then work along with IT, the vendor and the business to obtain and evaluate options for technical solutions and associated costs. For this project we week an experienced Business Analyst with the following qualifications: - Minimum 5 years Software Business Analyst experience - Experience on projects involving Reporting and Reporting Systems is a must - Experience on HRIS-related systems is a plus but not a must - Typical BA toolset including MS Office, Visio - Outstanding communications skills, verbal and written - Able to provide samples of prior BA work output, artifacts - Bachelor's degree or higher This in an immediate interview and hire.
