PMO Administrator required for an initial 3 month contract based in London, for a large client in the financial services industry. An individual is required to support a large regulatory programme reporting into the Programme Manager. Duties include - Collation of progress reports and liaising with Project Managers for missing information Preparation of powerpoint presentations, collating data from other sources Set up and maintenance of Technology Sharepoint pages Maintenance of a variety of logs e.g. holiday tracker, governance logs Team meetings and workshops - booking rooms, ensuring key attendees have responded, distributing documents, taking minutes Opportunity for an experienced and effective Administrator to gain hands on experience of working on a busy Programme. Timescales are challenging thus flexibility to work extra hours will be required.
