I am looking for someone to redesign a site which has both a joomla jomsocial component and HTML/CSS component. The project requires the person to customize both sections and also create a new header. The designer must be familiar with UI fundamentals and how to meet conversion goals Before you are hired, you will have to submit a graphic design of what the specific site will look like before starting the actual work and coding.
