Adecco E&T has an immdiate need for a Lead Financial Analyst with experience performing G/L account reconciliation and excel analysis to work with us on a client site in Houston, TX (Galleria area) to perform the following: Analyst/Leader Create Aging Report to Update Operations and Collection Team up to three times a week at a minimum once a week. Daily resolution of Oracle Invoicing Issues, Corrections, and Maintenance Weekly create QMI Report for all Ops and Finance Teams with full notes and Aging details per invoice Monthly prepare Oracle Closing Processes and Reports including AR Overview Periodically (approximately once a week) Maintains AR Support Central and Tax Exemption Database Achieve a minimum of 25 ART Account Reconciliations for AR GL accounts per client standards and with client Finance approval Skills - Professional Proper Phone and Email Etiquette with Customers and Operational Leaders Writing Notes and Categorizing All External AR Invoices per Region and Business Understanding of Account Reconciliation process per GAAP and client GAP as to form, content and criteria Skills - Basic Intermediate Phone, Bluetooth, and Computer Skills Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook Skills Basic understanding of Webex and Webex Meeting 2+ year Degree with a major in Accounting or Business or 5+ years Business GL Accounting Experience 1+ years’ experience working in a Professional Office setting Interested candidates send updated resumes in MS Word format to sarah.singleton@adeccona.com EOE Apply Online About Adecco North America Adecco is a Fortune Global 500 company and the world leader in workforce solutions.
