French speaking Customer Care Administrator in Cheshire 6 months -fixed-term contract. A French speaking Customer Care Assistant is required by a leading IT Services company based in Warrington, Cheshire paying a starting salary of c£17,000 per annum. The role is initially offered on a six month fixed-term basis, with a view to extending. You will manage the smooth running of designated customer accounts and develop the customer relationship as appropriate, respond to all customer quotations as quickly as possible, ensure reporting to customers is sent regularly with updates, manage discrepancies on returns from customers to complete resolution, manage and resolve escalations/queries from customers and co-ordinate internally with those functions through to resolution. Skills: Fluent French language skills are essential Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills Good telephone and organisational skills - an ability to prioritise is very important Must be computer literate/good keyboard accuracy Candidates will ideally be able to drive as our client's site is not easily accessible via public transport.
