Head of Learning & Development
My client based in Sidcup, Kent are seeking a Head of Learning and Development on a Fixed Term Contract basis for approximately 6-9 months. This is a key role within the organisation with the main focus to develop and deliver an effective organisational learning and development strategy. Reporting to the Group Director of Human Resources, responsibilities will include: - Supporting and advising the senior manage organisational the implementation of Organisation Development initiatives - Managing an organisational he Learning & Development team CIPD include 3 direct reports - Leading and implratating Talent Morganisationaltegies - Supporting the HR Director/Board members on team development, succession planning, talent pooling and development and change management - Lead on the ongoing implementation of digital learning strategy (E-learning/knowledge management/technology supported learning, etc) This role requires extensive experience of organisational development, gained in a complex, customer-orientated, multi-disciplinary organisational environment. In addition to this, experience of managing senior teams, strong leadership and organisational skills and experience of Talent Management strategies and E-learning. Education to postgraduate degree level or equivalent and CIPD or equivalent qualification is also a requirement.
